Settings

Everything you can configure in Woxpas, organised across six tabs.

General

Account information

Shows your name, email, current plan, and when you joined. If you're an early adopter, you'll see a special badge indicating early access to new features.

AI model preferences

Choose which AI models power three core features:

Document Chat ModelUsed when you chat with individual documents.
Memory Synthesis ModelUsed when synthesising answers from across your entire memory.
Daily Digest ModelUsed to generate your daily knowledge digest.

Each saves automatically when you make a selection.

Services (read-only)

Shows the system-level services powering your memory — the extraction model (for pulling facts and entities from files) and the embedding model (for semantic search). These aren't user-configurable but are shown for transparency.

Email preferences

Toggle marketing updates (product announcements, tips) on or off.

Billing & Usage

Subscription

Shows your current plan and what's included: file upload limits, storage quota, daily query limit, conversation limits, and features like graph visualisation, follow-up tracking, and data export.

Usage dashboard

Four live metrics with progress bars:

FilesDocuments uploaded to your vault.
StorageTotal storage used by your files.
Queries todayDaily search/chat limit. Resets at midnight UTC.
ConversationsChat conversations started.

Below the live metrics, a 30-day activity summary shows total queries, chat messages, conversations, files uploaded, and LLM token usage. Background processing (file indexing, graph building) is not counted toward your limits.

Data & Privacy

Export your data

Download a portable JSON export containing your profile, vault configurations, file metadata, all conversations with messages and citations, commitments, and the API activity log (egress journal). File contents themselves are not included in the export.

Connected accounts

Manage cloud storage connections (Google Drive, OneDrive). You can connect, reconnect expired tokens, or disconnect entirely. Disconnecting removes access but does not delete files you've already imported.

Google Drive beta access

If you haven't requested access yet, this section lets you request it. Once requested, you'll see a pending status. Once approved, the file picker becomes available in Sources.

Delete account

Permanently delete your account and all data. You'll need to type "DELETE" to confirm. There's a 30-day grace period where you can still cancel and recover your data. During this time, all sessions and API keys are immediately revoked.

Privacy Dashboard

Full transparency into every external API call Woxpas makes with your data.

Egress journal

A complete log of every call to external AI providers. Each entry shows:

  • Service name — what the call was for (Memory Search, Extraction, Synthesis, Digest Generation, Embedding, etc.)
  • Provider and model — which AI provider and model was used
  • Timestamp — when the call was made
  • Latency — how long the call took
  • Status — whether it succeeded or failed
  • Tokens used — how many tokens were consumed (or audio duration for transcriptions)

You can filter by:

  • Time range: Last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days
  • Provider: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or all

You can export the full journal as JSON or CSV for your records.

Security

Two-factor authentication

Enable 2FA to add an extra layer of security. When enabled, you'll need a code from your authenticator app every time you sign in. You'll receive 10 recovery codes — store them safely. When you're running low on codes, you can regenerate them. You can also disable 2FA (requires your password).

Active sessions

See all devices where you're currently logged in. Each session shows the browser, operating system, last active time, and IP address. Your current session is marked. You can log out individual sessions or use "Logout All Others" to revoke everything except your current one.

Security tips

  • Use a unique, strong password for your Woxpas account
  • Store recovery codes in a password manager
  • Never share your recovery codes or TOTP secrets
  • Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access

Developer

Manage your MCP integrations and connected AI assistants. See the Integrations docs for full details on setup and management.

This tab shows all connected apps with their status, permissions, vault, last used date, and request count. You can reconnect expired connections or disconnect apps entirely.
