Integrations
Connect Woxpas to your favourite AI assistants, browser, cloud storage, and calendar.
MCP Server
The Model Context Protocol (MCP) lets AI assistants read and write to your Woxpas memory directly. This means you can save memories, recall information, and search your vault from within any MCP-compatible tool — including Claude Desktop, Cursor, Gemini CLI, and more.
Note: ChatGPT supports MCP but only in developer mode. The Woxpas app is not yet published in the ChatGPT app directory. Google Drive integration is in beta — access by request.
Setup
- 1Open your AI assistant's settings and find the MCP/integrations section.
- 2Add a new MCP server with the URL:
https://mcp.woxpas.ai/mcp/sse - 3When prompted, sign in with your Woxpas account to authorise the connection.
- 4Approve the permissions — your AI assistant will be able to save and recall memories.
What you can do
- •Ask your AI assistant to "save this to Woxpas" during a conversation
- •Ask it to "recall what I saved about [topic]" to pull from your memory
- •Search your vault with natural language from within the assistant
Managing connections
Go to Settings → Developer to see all connected apps. Each connection shows:
- •Status: Connected (green), Needs reconnect (orange), or Reconnecting (blue)
- •Permissions: Shown as scope badges (e.g. memory:read, memory:write)
- •Activity: Last used date and request count
If a connection shows "Needs reconnect" (tokens can expire over time), click Reconnect to re-authorise. Woxpas swaps the keys atomically so there's no downtime. You can also Disconnect any app at any time to immediately revoke its access.
Chrome extension
The Woxpas Quick Capture extension gives you a lightweight capture window right in your browser. Type a thought, note, or idea and save it to your Woxpas memory without leaving your current tab.
- •Install from the Chrome Web Store
- •Sign in with your Woxpas account (OAuth — no passwords stored in the browser)
- •Click the extension icon to open the capture window, type your note, and save
Privacy: The extension only sends content when you explicitly save it. It does not access your browsing history, read website content, or track your activity. Permissions required: Identity (OAuth login) and Storage (local token storage).
Google Drive
Import files directly from your Google Drive into Woxpas. Currently in limited availability.
- •Request access from the Sources page or Settings → Data & Privacy
- •Once approved, connect your Google account via OAuth
- •Browse and select files from a file picker — imported files are processed like any upload
- •You can disconnect at any time from Settings → Data & Privacy → Connected Accounts
If your connection expires, you'll see a "Token expired" badge. Click Reconnect to re-authorise.
Calendar subscription
Export your follow-ups and events to any calendar app that supports webcal subscriptions (Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook). See the Follow-ups docs for setup instructions.
The calendar feed updates automatically as new commitments and events are extracted from your files.
