Follow-ups & Events

Woxpas automatically extracts action items and calendar events from your documents so nothing falls through the cracks.

When you upload a document or save a note that mentions tasks, deadlines, or promises, Woxpas extracts them automatically. Open Follow-ups from the sidebar to see everything your memory holds you accountable for.

Two views

Follow-ups

Action items, commitments, and tasks extracted from your files. These are things you (or someone) said would get done — deadlines, promises, next steps.

Events

Calendar entries, meetings, and dates found in your content. These are points in time, not tasks — conferences, appointments, review dates.

Reliability score

The left panel shows your reliability health based on the last 90 days:

Reliability score — A number out of 100. Green means you're on track (80+), orange means some items need attention (40-60), and red means things are piling up.
Completion rate — Percentage of commitments you've completed.
On-time rate — Percentage completed before their deadline.
Active count — How many items are currently open.
Overdue count — Items past their deadline. Shows in red if there are any.

Warnings

The right panel shows pattern-based alerts when something needs attention:

  • •Over-commitment: You have more active items than usual.
  • •Overdue items: Some commitments are past their deadline.
  • •Low completion: Your completion rate has dropped below a healthy level.

When there are no issues, you'll see a green checkmark with "No issues detected."

Calendar subscription

You can subscribe to your follow-ups and events in any calendar app (Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook):

  1. 1.Click Subscribe in the follow-ups header
  2. 2.Generate a secure calendar token
  3. 3.Copy the webcal:// URL
  4. 4.Add it as a subscription in your calendar app

Important: The calendar URL is shown only once when generated. Save it immediately. Your calendar app will automatically sync when new commitments or events are added.

You can also click Export to download a one-time .ics snapshot of your current commitments.
