Daily Digest

A personalised AI-generated summary of what matters in your memory, delivered daily.

How it works

Every day, Woxpas reviews your recent activity and generates a digest. It only runs if your vault has content worth summarising — if nothing has changed, you won't receive a digest. You'll get a notification in the app when your digest is ready.

The digest uses the AI model you selected in Settings → General ("Daily Digest Model").

What's in a digest

Resurfaced items — Up to 5 files and entities worth revisiting, chosen by the memory decay model. Each includes a reason explaining why it's being brought back — approaching deadline, growing in relevance, or simply forgotten too long.
Commitments summary — Up to 10 upcoming and overdue follow-ups, grouped by urgency: overdue, due today, due soon, due this week, and upcoming.
Patterns detected — Up to 3 AI-detected insights — recurring themes, entity relationships, knowledge clusters, or cross-file connections that are emerging in your memory.
Activity summary — Stats from the past week: files added, conversations started, searches performed, atoms extracted, and events logged.
Positive signals — Motivational highlights like activity streaks, completed commitments, and knowledge growth metrics.
Key facts — The top 5 most important facts extracted from your recent files.
Upcoming events — Events scheduled in the next 7 days from your extracted calendar.

AI-generated narrative

All of the above is combined into a natural language summary by your chosen AI model. The narrative is conversational and actionable — it highlights what needs your attention, celebrates what's going well, and surfaces connections you might have missed.

Smart behaviour

  • •No empty digests — if your vault has no recent activity, you won't receive one.
  • •One per day — even if the system runs multiple times, you only get one notification per day.
  • •Deduplication — items that appeared in yesterday's digest have a cooldown period before resurfacing.
  • •Diversity — the system avoids showing too many items from the same project or topic.

Configuration

You can change the AI model used for digests in Settings → General → AI Model Preferences. Email notifications for digests can be toggled in the email preferences section on the same page.
